Guest Policies
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This allows time to change, relax in our lounge, and complete any necessary paperwork. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Medical emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis.
To maintain the serene atmosphere, please silence your cell phone upon entering the spa. We kindly ask that all phone calls be taken outside the treatment areas.
For your safety, we do not permit alcohol consumption prior to treatments. Our post-treatment lounge offers complimentary botanical teas and healthy refreshments.
Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries when booking. Certain treatments may not be suitable for specific conditions. We can recommend alternatives.
Wear comfortable clothing. We provide robes, sandals, and all necessary attire for treatments. Lockers are available for your personal belongings.

All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required.

Gift certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. Present your certificate at check-in or provide the confirmation number.

Service Guide
A gentle, relaxing massage using long strokes, kneading, and circular movements. Perfect for first-time spa guests or those seeking general relaxation.
Smooth, heated basalt stones are placed on key points of the body while therapists use warm oil for massage. Great for muscle relaxation and circulation.
Targeted, firm pressure reaches deeper muscle layers. Ideal for chronic pain, injury recovery, or those who prefer stronger pressure.
Customized essential oil blends complement massage techniques. Oils are selected for your specific needs: relaxation, energy, or balance.
Skin analysis precedes customized facial. Includes cleansing, exfoliation, extraction (if needed), mask, and hydration. Leave with radiant skin.
Full-body treatment including exfoliation, application of nourishing wrap, and shower. Wraps include detoxifying seaweed, hydrating mud, or firming algae.
Legal
We collect only information necessary for bookings and service provision. Your personal data is never sold to third parties. Full privacy policy available upon request.
Guest records are stored securely in encrypted systems. Health information is retained for 7 years per legal requirements and then permanently deleted.
