Our streamlined booking process ensures a seamless experience from initial inquiry to boarding your chartered yacht. Follow these steps to secure your voyage.
Contact our charter specialists via phone, email, or the inquiry form on our website. Provide your preferred dates, destination, number of guests, and any specific requirements. Our team will respond within 24 hours with suitable yacht options.
Review the yacht options presented by your specialist. Each proposal includes detailed specifications, sample itineraries, and pricing breakdowns. You may request virtual tours or additional photography of any vessel.
Upon yacht selection, you will receive a Charter Agreement outlining all terms, conditions, and inclusions. A 50% deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to departure.
Your dedicated charter coordinator will work with you to finalize every detail: menu preferences, entertainment, water toys, spa treatments, and shore excursions. We recommend scheduling this 4-6 weeks before departure.
Our team will coordinate your arrival and transfer to the yacht. On boarding, you'll meet your captain and crew, review the itinerary, and begin your extraordinary voyage.

All charters are governed by a Charter Agreement, which outlines the specific terms of your voyage. Standard industry terms (MYBA Charter Agreement) apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All guests must carry valid travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Ocean Majesty maintains comprehensive vessel insurance including liability coverage.
Ocean Majesty is not liable for personal injury, illness, or death during the charter. Guests participate in water activities and shore excursions at their own risk. Parents/guardians are responsible for minors at all times.

We recommend casual, comfortable clothing that can be layered. Essential items include swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, light jackets, and formal attire for evening dining. Soft-soled shoes are required on deck. Your coordinator will provide a detailed packing checklist upon booking.
Your charter fee includes all standard provisions. You may request specific brands or specialty items, which will be charged to the APA. Bringing personal alcohol is permitted but subject to corkage fees for onboard service.
Absolutely! Children of all ages are welcome. We provide age-appropriate water toys, games, and entertainment. Parents must supervise children at all times, and we recommend infant life vests for young children.
Personal watercraft may be permitted subject to captain approval and insurance requirements. Towable toys, kayaks, and paddleboards from your yacht are included in your charter.
