How We Work
Our Process
We follow a four-phase approach designed to move efficiently from brief to delivery while leaving room for exploration and refinement.
- Discover — Stakeholder interviews, research, competitive analysis. We learn everything we can before making anything.
- Define — Strategy and positioning. The creative brief is written and agreed upon before design begins.
- Design — Concepts are developed, presented, and refined through collaborative feedback cycles.
- Deliver — Final assets are organized, documented, and handed over in the formats you need.
Investment
Pricing
We price projects based on scope, complexity, and timeline. Every project is quoted individually after discovery. We do not offer one-size-fits-all packages because every brief is unique.
General ranges for reference:
- Brand Identity — $12,000 – $40,000+
- Digital Experience — $18,000 – $80,000+
- Art Direction — $8,000 – $35,000+
- Strategy & Consulting — $5,000 – $20,000+
A 50% deposit is required to begin any project. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
Schedule
Timeline
Project timelines vary by scope. Below are general estimates from project kickoff to final delivery.
- Brand Identity — 6–10 weeks
- Digital Experience — 10–18 weeks
- Art Direction — 4–8 weeks
- Strategy — 3–6 weeks
Timelines assume timely feedback at each stage. Delays in communication can extend delivery dates.
Files & Assets
Delivery
All final deliverables are provided in production-ready formats appropriate to the project type. Brand projects include vector source files, PDF guidelines, and all font/text files. Digital projects include coded files and/or design source files per agreement.
All files are delivered via a shared cloud folder with clear organization and a README file explaining the contents.
Rights
Licensing
Upon final payment, you receive full usage rights to all custom work created for your project. This includes the right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the work in all media for your organization's purposes.
Stock photography, third-party fonts, and pre-existing assets are licensed separately and documented in the project files.
Feedback
Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, agreed upon at the start. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at our standard hourly rate.
We ask that feedback be consolidated and submitted in writing at each review stage. This keeps the process efficient and ensures no miscommunication.
