1. Services

ACN-X ("we", "our", "us") provides AI-powered web design, development, and digital services through our automated agent system. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

• 50% payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project delivery.

• We accept bank transfer, PayTabs, and Moyasar payment methods.

• All prices are listed in USD. SAR equivalents are approximate.

• Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

3. Delivery & Revisions

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity.

• Revision rounds are included per your selected plan. Additional revisions are billed at $99/round.

• You will have access to a live dashboard to track project progress in real-time.

4. Refund Policy

• If we fail to deliver within 2x the estimated timeline, you are eligible for a full refund.

• If you are unsatisfied after all included revision rounds, we offer a 100% refund of the remaining balance.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, all deliverables (code, designs, assets) become your property.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

• Third-party assets (fonts, images, libraries) are subject to their respective licenses.

6. Confidentiality

• We treat all client information as confidential.

• Project details, business logic, and proprietary information will not be shared with third parties.
